Cancellations and refunds
The iLearn cancellation policy requires learners to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel a driving lesson. Learners who don’t give this notice will be charged for the lesson. When cancelling a driving lesson, you must inform your driving instructor and not the iLearn school, and the school requests that you do so at a reasonable time of the day.

Learners are encouraged to bring their appointment card along with them to each driving lesson. This appointment card will act as your receipt for block lesson bookings that you’ve paid for, and after every lesson, you will need to sign it to prove it was taken.
