Buy cheap and you buy twice!

Buy cheap and you buy twice! I bought the 10 lessons for £99 on 4 Wheelz whch seemed like a really good deal. It was the cheapest I could find in Birmingham. When I had my first lesson I told my instructor that I had a bit of driving experience as I'd been learning in my parents car at weekends for a month or so. I expected to skip passed the basics, but I made barely any progress in the first 3 lessons. When I mentioned this to the instructor I got a very cold response - he said 'I'm the expert, your the student'. Every lesson the instructor kept asking me if I was going to continue lessons after my 10 was done which put me under alot of pressure to make a decision. The price jumped up a lot after the first 10 lessons to £24.50 an hour and they didn't offer any other block booking deals. It seems like the deal is only there to attract new learners and then they purposely delay your progress until you've bought extra lessons at the higher price. I did eventually pass but I feel like the first few lessons were a waste of time and money. My instructor was pretty rude and didn't seem to enjoy teaching.

I enjoyed my experience with 4Wheelz but it tok a bit of time to find an instrucotr and this became frustrating as I was under the impression I'd be getting one quickly.
